a) Mobile Bash will physically check all items for defects and properly pack them before mailing. Items may be packed in recycled materials.
b) Mobile Bash will NOT be responsible for any lost mails via normal post or wrong address given. Therefore, Registered Post is highly recommended.
c) In case of any defects on arrival, kindly email us directly with a picture of the defective item immediately. Exchange will be done at seller’s meetup location. Strictly NO REFUNDS will be entertained unless the exchanged item is out of stock.
d) Strictly NO REFUND once payment made unless item is Out of Stock.
Shipping and delivery:
1. All items will be shipped out via Singpost Normal Delivery unless Registered post is selected.
2. Items are usually post within 1-3 working days.
3. If an item is unexpectedly Out of Stock, you will be informed and full refund will be given if you do not wish to wait for restock.
